At Sundarra, we strive for an amazing customer experience but should you decide to change your mind and cancel your order BEFORE you've received your shipping notification email, we may be able to assist you. Please email info@sundarra.com immediately if you wish to cancel your order. Once your shipment has reached the carrier, we can no longer cancel your order.

Damages and Issues

In the case of incorrect or faulty products, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@sundarra.com along with a photo of the incorrect or faulty product and a detailed explanation of the issue.
